Greg Ladd

Founder & Consultant

Greg Ladd is the founder and Managing Member of Ladd Property Research LLC. A Michigan native and disabled veteran, Greg has dedicated his life to public service — first in uniform, then in government, and now in service to families navigating one of the most overlooked areas of property law.

Greg served in both the U.S. Navy and U.S. Army, including service aboard the USS Monterey (CG-61) and a deployment to Tallil Airbase, Iraq. Following his military career, he spent over 14 years as a federal civilian, including a decade managing Customs and Border Protection’s (CBP) law enforcement fleet program and then supporting the federal cybersecurity mission at Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA). He holds an MBA, a PMP certification, and a Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst certification.

Ladd Property Research LLC is a natural extension of that service. Every year billions of dollars in tax foreclosure surplus funds go unclaimed because families don’t know the money exists or can’t navigate the recovery process alone. Greg founded this firm to change that — bringing the same discipline, attention to detail, and commitment to mission that defined his military and government career to every case he works.
